This website is operated by the Kenya Business Council UAE, a business council registered with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. By using it you agree to these terms. The site provides information about the council, its membership, events, and the Kenya–UAE trade corridor.

Membership
Submitting an application does not create a membership. Membership takes effect on approval by the secretariat and payment of the applicable fees, and is governed by the council's constitution, available to members on request.
Intellectual property and third-party links
The KBC UAE name, logotype, and site content belong to the council unless otherwise noted. Member logos remain the property of their owners. External links — including to institutional partners — are provided for convenience; the council is not responsible for third-party content.
Liability and governing law
The site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the council accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on site content or from interruptions to its availability. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
